Schroeder's Dairy

All ordering from Schroeder Dairy must be completed through the Schroeder web site.
If a school forgets to order, Schroeder Dairy will not copy and deliver the previous days order.
If Schroeder Dairy is out of a certain flavor of juice, they are to substitute another flavor so schools will receive the correct number of cases of juice ordered.
If Schroeder Dairy needs to make a special delivery due to a school not placing their order, there will be a $50.00 special delivery charge added to the invoice. Schroeder's problably will contract with a delivery service to make these special deliveries. If a school calls for a special delivery and needs milk in less than a couple of hours, more than likely Schroeder Dairy will be unable to fulfill this request.
If a school needs milk on short notice, it may be best to see if a neighboring school has extra milk available. If receiving milk from another school, the school providing the product will complete the Transfer form, so a site to site transfer may be done.
Reminder - Yogurt is not an approved substitute for milk, as according to USDA, yogurt is a protein item.
Do not order regular sour cream. The only approved sour cream is Lite Sour Cream.
Butter is order by each pound.
